Fallon Gateway is the newest shopping center to come to the Dublin Ranch area. It is anchored by Target Greatland, and will continue to be built out to 370,000 square feet of retail space as time goes on. The center was designed by the award-winning professionals at FCGA Architecture in San Ramon, CA. According to their website, the center was “Designed with a modern-rural vernacular in mind. The materials range from rustic metal siding to old world brick. This center also features various lit towers.”
Dublin Ranch residents are excited to see what other businesses come to Fallon Gateway, as it is an important project to cause increases in traffic on Dublin Blvd. This increase is expected to spur more growth, and allow more commercial development to come to Dublin Ranch. Target opened in October 2011.
